📦 Shipping Policy

At Star Scents, we aim to get your goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible.

🚚 Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 10am on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.

  • I do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

📮 Delivery Services

I use Royal Mail for all standard deliveries:

  • 2nd Class: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days

  • 1st Class: Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days

Please note: once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, any delays are outside of my control  but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes awry.

✨ Need a Different Courier?

I can arrange an alternative courier upon request, but:

  • Please contact me before placing your order

  • I don’t drive, so drop-offs must be made before 12pm

  • I’ll need time to process, pack, and arrange the courier, so early communication is essential
